Jennifer Jones is an Akron based visual artist with a focus on Painting and Drawing. Jennifer received her MFA in sculpture from Kent State University in 2018 and her BA in painting and drawing from Kent State University in 2014.

She is an educator and community arts activist at heart and the drive of much of her work is focused on teaching and guiding others about and within the value of creativity and art.

Through paint, Jennifer, explores the interconnectedness of becoming. By this, she means, the everything, anything and nothing that forms existence. With color and form Jennifer connects the dots between cultural myths, micro organisms, and her interactions with the world around her.
